Tess Law collects limited information about visits to this website. The information may include the page viewed, referral source, campaign tags and advertising click identifiers, general device type, approximate state or region, and clicks on a contact link.

The firm's analytics records do not contain a person's name, phone number, email address, message, or full IP address. The site uses temporary browser session storage to distinguish visits. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals by disabling the firm's analytics and Google measurement tags for those visits.

We use this information to understand how people find the site and whether the site works. We do not use sensitive visitor information to create personalized advertising audiences.

If you submit the contact form, Tess Law stores the name, phone number, email address, message, and property relationship that you choose to provide so the firm can respond and evaluate the request. Form submissions are stored separately from analytics. We also email the information you submit to Tess Law staff through Google Workspace. We do not send your form answers to Google Ads for measurement or targeting.

We also use a Google Ads tag to measure visits and advertising performance. Google may receive information about your browser, device, and activity on this site under Google's privacy terms. Tess Law disables advertising-personalization signals and does not use visits to tax-sale pages to build remarketing lists.
